Installing a new CPU

Hello again, I will be upgrading my CPU soon from a pentium g4400 to an i5 7500 and was wondering if there was anything I should know? Is it just as simple as turning off the system, popping the CPU out, and installing a new one? Is there anything I need to do in the BIOS or am I good to go?

I’d make sure you have the latest BIOS version but that’s about it.
