Hi,
I'm trying to install a nVidia TESLA K40 GPU in a PC with EVGA GTX 1080 for doing some ML training on the K40

Setup details:
Motherboard: Asus X99 Deluxe (LGA2011-3) with a BIOS of 3802
CPU: Intel Xeon E5-1650 v3
GPU: GTX 1080 (on PCIe x16_1) with 431.60 drivers
PSU: EVGA G2 1000 watts
Memory: 32 G (4*8GB)

When I tried to install an old nVidia TESLA K40 GPU (on PCIe x16_3), I'm getting no POST or display from the system.
And the error message is on the motherboard is "AA" (System has transitioned into ACPI mode. Interrupt controller is in APIC mode)

Any suggestions?
