Installing a router to my modem

I’ve been looking and couldn’t find anywhere to ask but here but anyways, If I installed a TP-Link n300 wireless router to my modem can I connect my pc to my router without an Ethernet cord or will I have to

You can connect your pc wirelessly only if it has wi-fi connectivity - wifi PCI/PCIE/miniPCIE card or USB wifi adapter.
Desktop PCs usually use wired ethernet connection. Wifi is for mobile devices.
Also wired ethernet connection usually is superior in terms of stability and performance.
