Hi,
I would like to buy a router but I have a question first.
I have an ethernet cable that goes to my PC, and I have to plug that cable to the router, do I get another cable for that I could plug in the PC or do I have to buy one?
The router will come with a LAN (ethernet) cable. So you plug the LAN cable you already have from the modem into the router (usually into the WAN or Internet port), then plug the new LAN cable from a LAN port on the router to your PC.

That router is fast ethernet so will be limited to 100Mbps theoretically. If your internet connection is near 100Mbps or more, you will not get that speed so yes it can slow you down. I would say if your internet connection is 80Mbps or below you will be fine with this router.

My internet connection is 100mbps.
Also I don't have a modem, just an ethernet cable that goes to my PC, so I connect that cable to the router and the cable I get with the router to the PC, right?
