Hello,
I am about to upgrade my macbook pro with an SSD, for increased speed, and startup times - and was wondering how i could move my OS to the SDD as i want to keep the HDD for storage.
Right now the OS and all my stuff are on the HDD. I want to have the OS (and some other programs) on the SSD, while the rest on the HDD
How do i manage libraries? What do i do?
(I am going to switch out the optical bay with the SSD by the way - and i know that the optical bay supports data III 6gb/s - so that is good!)
And of course the SSD is going to be the main startup drive...
Many thanks!
What I'm going to buy
