Hello Im new to pc gaming and i recently installed the amd chipsets from their website.

After i installed it i looked at the c: drive and I see the amd folder but when i open it i see other folders with other exe files.

Does this mean I have to install them again or is it just showing me that I have successfully installed the chipsets correctly?

Here is a photo of the amd folder when I installed the chipset driver.

AMD (and Nvidia, and Intel) drivers are HUGE : every time you download one from the author's website, the installer is actually a compressed archive; before it can start to install the driver, it needs to unpack said archive first - usually in c:\{vendor} - here c:\AMD.
You can either keep it around if you need to reinstall them, or delete them. But, it should have been properly installed. If in doubt, there should be a "install" or "setup" application somewhere in these directories, starting them should display the status - what driver is already installed and what driver can be installed.
