Installing an SSD with my HDD

Hello,
I think I might buy Sandisk Ultra II 120GB SSD.
I need to know a few things about physically installing it:
1. Does it come with a SATA cable in the package? (I didn't find an answer on Sandisk's site).
2. Here are some pictures of my power cords from the PSU (ignore dust):

As you can see, in the big pile there's no extra cable that suits the connection to power an HDD/SSD (I'm assuming they use the same plug), but there is one in the same cable that plugs into my HDD (the one that's kind of above it).
Can I use this free plug with the SSD?

3. In here:

You can see behind the red cable and from the right of the orange one, there are free SATA2 sockets. Just to make sure, can I use them with the SSD?

Thanks!

Solution
HDD and SSD need two different connections in order to work. The first is the sata data connector. It is the smaller of the two connectors and runs between the drive and the motherboard. It usually does NOT come with the drive. In most cases the cables are supplied with the motherboard. If you don't have any left you will need to buy one.

The second connector is the sata power connector. It is the longer of the two connector and runs from the drive to the power supply. Usually there will be multiple connectors on a strand. You can actually see a spare connector in the first photo you supplied.

In your case you may need to get a 3.5 to 2.5 drive adapter so you can install a ssd in line with your current HDD. This will make...

Thanks.
Where's this free cable? When I checked the cables I didn't see one. So is it ok to use the one I mentioned (In the second picture)?
I forgot to mention that I don't have SATA 3 in this motherboard.

Thanks, same as above.

Nah I checked them they all look like the one in the right between the two white plugs. Is it possible to use the plug I mentioned?
I have SATA 2. I don't think I can upgrade my motherboard, it's GA-P55-UD3L (rev 1.0) with i7 860 1156 socket. They don't make those anymore. But I don't have a problem with it.. the CPU is way more than enough for any game, and I have 16GB of ram which is also way more than needed (maxed it when I upgraded it). I have HD5870 but I think I'll buy the 390X when it comes.

This will make it easier for you to use the single sata power strand from your power supply to power both the drives. Although if it's not a huge priority and the ssd is shelled in plastic you could just let it hang.

Solution

So it uses the same type of power plug, and I can use the plug that I said that can be found in the second pic, above the currect plug.
Thanks, I think I'll buy the Ultra II today.
