Question Installing an SSD

My ssd is coming today, wondering if I can just plug it in and use it without unplugging my hdd or reinstalling windows. I just need it as a 2nd drive for games and a few things!

so long as you have the correct cables to plug the drive in to your system, should be fine. might need a partition creating on it to mount the drive. go to drives and partitions in windows and create one on the empty drive

Just plug it in.
Windows storage management can set it up as a simple data drive and give it a name.
