Question Installing case fans

Not too good at this kind of stuff. Anyway, I was looking to install 4 case fans. 2 at the front for intake and 2 at the top for exhaust. I have this motherboard.

Pretty sure this motherboard is quite bad, and cant support too many fans. Could I buy a fan controller (https://www.overclockers.co.uk/phanteks-pwm-fan-hub-black-ca-009-pt.html ) in order to install these 4 fans?

Make and model of the fans you want to use? If your fans are either PWM or 3 pin(voltage regulated) then your PWM fan hub will work, just that it needs to be plugged into the CPU_FAN header, have the rest of the case fans connected to the hub as well.

For the other 2, im not too sure what to buy. Im assuming they both have to be 3 pin? thats all that matters? (and that they have to fit my case but that isnt an issue)
