Installing cyborg R A T 7 mouse

I had been using Cyborg R.A.T. 7 mouse for some time. Couple of days ago, I needed to unplug it, and I have not been able to re-install it since. I keep getting "fatal error" message. The tech support is ignoring my e-mails, and they won't pick up the phone. Any ideas? TIA

I haven't had any such issues with mine so far.
What exactly is the error that you are getting? Also, what operating system are you using?
Try uninstalling the software, uninstalling the mouse, and starting over.

I get "An error occurred during the installation of the device. Fatal error during installation." I have WIN XP (2 SP), and I tried uninstalling practically everything (except the OS).
