ok so I bought the h440 and it does not come with a dvd drive slot, I know how to install windows off of a usb but what about drivers ? do I just download the latest bois update and all drivers on to a usb, my motherboard is msi z97 gaming 5 lga 1150 and there are mutable updates for the bois should I download all of them ? also can I install windows from a usb external optical drive if I go into the bois and boot first from a usb will it recognize the external disk drive connected via usb ?
Thanks

On a note about the external optical drive, yes you can boot off of that. We have laptops at work that do not have disc drives, and when we need to scrub the hardrive, we use an external CD drive to boot from to run our nuker software.

Back to the case, I have the H440 and have an external Sony cd/dvd drive sitting on top of it. It was about 15-20$ from Amazon about 2-3 years ago though the price is probably the same. Anything you need to put on a computer can be run from an external drive or downloaded online. Specific software (like a card printing software) may be different, but you should be able to find most all drivers for any computer/motherboard online.
Windows 7 and up can install basic motherboard drivers by themselves so you don't need to really use the discs.
At the very least you usually get the network adapter drivers. Which will let you connect to internet and then just Google the drivers.

Especially if you have Windows 10.
