So I recently build a new PC and decided not to buy an optical drive for it, because who needs one these days. It got to the part of installing drivers that I realised that I needed it.
I tried installing drivers from the internet but I have no network drivers so I can't go online. To remedy this I decided to copy and paste the drivers from to a USB drive on another PC and install it from there. It didn't work. When I plug in the USB nothing happens like it's not plugged in except the little light on the USB drive flashes. I suspect it's because I have no USB drivers, but I can still use a mouse and keyboard.

Any suggestions?
Thanks
