Hello, I have and ASRock or Asus Z87-K motherboard with EZ MODE bios. I attempted dual boot and install and secondary os (elementary os) alongside Windows. I created a bootable USB via Rufus and set my Partition Scheme to MBR the same one as my main windows one. the problem is that when I go into bios to set my USB as my boot priority, my bios completely ignores it and boots into windows, and when I go into check in the bios, it says that my SSD (windows) is in boot priority and then when I set my USB to priority it ignores it again. Please help and I don't know what I have to do.

Thank You.

Are you dealing with Windows 7 or 10? You shouldn't be on MBR if you're on Windows 10. Also, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your Asus motherboard. FYI, there is no EZ MODE BIOS version, your BIOS version is mentioned on the corner of the screen at the top left.
