Installing email program to email my pics

trying to send a picture from my facebook to a friend, i currently do not have an e mail program , how do i get one ?thanks

Outlook Express is no more. Email is no longer included with the OS If you want the MS version of email software buy a version of MS Office that includes Outlook (if you want to pay). Or try Windows Live Mail

Another choice is to use Hotmail or Gmail. If you Google "microsoft email programs" there are MS and non-MS choices.

Perhaps others can suggest a safe cheaper (free) version?
