These are just two options, basically a low end and high end air cooler. You have the option of anything in between. Looking at your case I'm not sure if you have any radiator support, so I'd stick with air. You also have a non k cpu, so I probably wouldn't go with the noctua, just do to price. That 212 would be a good budget cooler and most definitely outperform the stock Intel cooler. If it fits, it's relatively tall cooler, so double check clearance. Just by looking at the pics from the link you posted, it should fit.
I'd honestly hit up YouTube with the cooler you're thinking about grabbing and seeing if they have a tutorial/review. Most coolers will come with fairly comprehensive instructions.

Unless your case has a mobo cutout in the back panel, removal of the motherboard to install the backplate will most likely be involved. The stock Intel cooler is easy enough to remove, just turn the screw/clips and lightly pull em up. For install of the new cooler, you'll have to install the backplate, clean the cpu, mount the heatsink and secure it. Methods vary from cooler to cooler. Follow the install instructions.

Search by cpu not motherboard. Basically any lga115x cooler will work, meaning most coolers on the market. From the cooler master hyper212 to noctua d15. As well as most aio, like corsair h100i, h150 etc.

You just need to know what will fit in the case. What are you looking for? Budget? Air or water? You have a ton of options for that cpu!
