[SOLVED] installing fedora on my laptop

So i've been trying to install fedora on my laptop Acer aspire Es1-533-p47g for a while now and been running into problems, for i tried running it on usb stick and it would start to run and freeze on starting d-bus, so i tried a differnt fedora from the x64 silverblue and freezes when trying to make the boot at the end or if i tell it not to it freezes,so i tried installing it on a hdd on a pc and putting it in laptop when installed and won't run at all, looked at changing uefi to legacy but can't change it even with supervisor password and even if i disable secure boot is there anything i can do ?

Most likely a hardware compatibility issue. Check on the disco website and see if you can find a hardware compatibility chart.

now trying linux mint which will load the live desktop but crashes on install on grub2 package...

Little old thread, and maybe already solved - but: Have you tried to disable secure boot from bios menu ?
