Installing Fresh copy of windows how to keep my saved games

Will the games that are installed now work after i install a fresh windows. Is there a way to make all of them work if they dont run after the installation of windows. and how to keep my saved games ?

Are these games from Steam or Origin. As both provide option for backup and restore features.
