I want to upgrade a 450 watt to a 700+ and want to install a graphics card (currently have integrated graphics). Does it matter whether I install the graphics card or power supply first. This will be my first time upgrading my PC so I don't really know much kinda foggy on the pins.

Solution
Go for the PSU first-if you were to get a gpu, try to install it with your 450w psu (which im guessing is a stock, no brand model that came with the pc) you could end up damaging something. I'd recommend you check the guides available on the components sub forum in regards to which PSU model you should go for.

Always upgrade one thing at a time, then test the system afterwards to make sure everything is working fine. Only then should you install the next thing. In your case I recommend downloading the drivers for whatever videocard you buy BEFORE doing anything else. This way if everything goes well you'll be able to install those drivers immediately after booting up with the new videocard.
