Installing GTX 980

So these are my pc specs:

Cpu: I7 4790S 3.2 GHz (does it pair well ?)

Ram: 12GB DDR3

Hard disk: 1 Tera (2 pieces)

Motherboard: Hawlett-packard 198e ( it has
PCIex16,but is there anything else ?)

PSU: 650 watt PSU (high quality one)

And i want to install a Nvidia GTX 980 (Super ichill air boss)

Are everything i have enough ?
If not what do i need to change ? And why ?
