I just did a clean install of Windows 7 64 Bit with my MSI H110M Gaming mobo and I installed the Intel USB 3.0 Driver from MSI's website. All the sudden, all my USB ports stop working completely, mouse keyboard and all. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Considering this is the official driver I'm not sure how else to use my computer even if I do another clean install.

since it a clean install, might just as well redo the install. can't do anything without keyboard/mouse on that installed.

I tried to boot into safe mode and the keyboard and mouse still didn't work, but I might've been trying to use the 3.0 ports. I'll try on the 2.0 ports later today

The USB 2.0 ports do not work. I can't control Windows on this drive due to this, but I have a secondary HDD with Windows on it. Can I somehow mess with the drivers from there?

Alright so when I installed the one from your link everything stopped working again and it said "Installing Device Driver Software" at the bottom forever
