[SOLVED] Installing m.2 nvme stops booting

Hey all, I'm really stuck on this.
Brand new build.
I currently have a samsung 860 evo in my m.2 sata port with windows 10 installed. As soon as I plug in a samsung 970 evo 1tb into the m.2 nvme port then I get nothing on the screen.
Bios won't recognise the 2.80 update so is currently on 2.70.

Nothing, just shows no signal on my screen. It works fine without it

Have you tried resetting the bios via jumper?

The downloadable motherboard manual has a M.2_SSD (NGFF) Module Support List. Your samsung 970 evo 1tb does not appear on it.

BIOS download page stops at version 2.70. There is no version 2.80 there.

Seems that the support list has some other samsung evo models, looking at the 1TB ssd and there only appear to be 6 that are supported, is that usual for a mobo?
