Installing new GPU

Hey guys,

I am expecting a new GPU this week (GTX 970), but I have a question.
Maybe it sounds dumb but do i have to uninstall the old card's driver before I am going to replace it with the new one? And do i have to uninstall other stuff or apply some resolution settings because i am upgrading from AMD to Nvidia?

Maybe it sounds stupid but i want to make sure i do everything right.

Just uninstall all your old graphics drivers, you will be fine. No other stuff needs to be changed or uninstalled.

Thanks for the quick respond, do i have to uninstall the whole Catalyst Control Centre aswell?

Yes anything and everything relating to AMD graphics drivers, especially catalyst.
