Installing new ram 3 beeps help

My motherboard is DH67BL
the new 2 piece of ram im trying to put in is Kingston KVR 1333D3Ls4R9S/4GEC 1.35V
10600 parity - 240 pin dimm as it says on box.
they are 2x 4gb ram

i replace my old ones that are ddr3 1333

i hear the clicks and when i put up my pc it just hear 3 beeps i tried the other slots samething, tried to remove cmos battery to clear samething.

any idea's?

You should return the server RAM if you can and get regular RAM.

Server RAM is slower because it has ECC. It is only really useful when it doesn't matter if the computer is slower, but the data integrity needs to be right 100% of the time instead of 99.99999% of the time.
Try one stick of RAM at a time - you may have a bad stick.

Start with one stick in DIMM1 (blue slot furthest from the battery) because you may also have a bad board. If that works, move that stick to DIMM2 (the other blue slot), and see if that boots to BIOS. Then repeat the process with the second stick of RAM.
