I bought new Corsair Vengeance 8gb DDR3 1600mhz RAM to pair with RAM of the same specs but I don't know the brand. Initially it launched fine however it still showed up as me only having 8gb. After mixing and matching I have encountered two problems:
1) Using the Corsair RAM at all causes the PC to beep upon turning on then it turns off and it gets stuck in a continuous loop of the same thing
2) If I just use the old RAM it says HDMI no signal. I have tried reinstalling the graphics card, trying to use onboard graphics etc
Any suggestions are welcome, I feel like I've tried everything. Even if I can't get it working with the new RAM I just want it to work like before
