Question Installing new ryzen 3000 and motherboard won't wor

I have a b450 motherboard and I updated the bios to one right before the update to support ryzen 3000 and then installed the CPU, I assumed that you have to update the bios after install new cpu? Or Is it before? When I plugged my computer back it it turned on for about 10-15 seconds then turned on again and shut off again in a cycle.

You did wrong -- your updated BIOS still doesn't support the Ryzen 3000

You have to update to the appropriate BIOS version before the new processor is installed.

It's recommended that you update to the latest BIOS version that's been released.
