Installing new windows on OEM hard drive (HELP)

Hello
So i have this Lenovo B50 laptop with licensed Windows 8.1. I was not able to install new Winodws from bios because the hard drive is OEM. I am currently using DBAN to clean the hard drive. Will i be able to install new Windows after the cleaning is finished? If not what should i do?

Yes you should be able to , the drive will be in a raw state after DBAN , so you can format and clean install.
