Right now I have a HDD with 100GB partition for my OS. I just received my SSD in the mail, and I am swapping Motherboard, CPU, and adding the SSD for my OS. I know how to download and install Windows 10 to the SSD and get it to boot, the thing is, how do I go about deleting the 100GB OS partition from my HDD? My HDD is 1TB and 100GB is currently used for my OS on the C: Drive, and I use the "A: Drive" as my storage for photos, important documents, and etc. I would like to remove the partition and not remove anything from my storage section in the A: drive. How do I go about doing this?

Make sure when you install Windows 10 only the SSD is plugged into the computer.
After you have installed Windows 10, then you can connect the HDD.
You could format the 100GB OS partition from Windows Disk Management or by running Diskpart from the Command prompt.
