Installing OS with a bootable flash drive

I am building a new PC and rather then paying for an OS for $100 again i can get Windows 10 education for free thanks to the my college how can put it into a flash drive so when I build my PC all i have to do is plug in the flash drive and the OS installs

the college should give you a link to a download portal to get the ISO/media installer.

1. Obtain a ISO
2. Run one of the following to burn the ISO to a Flash drive and make it bootable
A. Microsofts tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows-usb-dvd-download-tool "This must be done from a Win 10 PC"
B. Rufus https://rufus.akeo.ie/ "This must be done from another PC but it can be any OS you just need that ISO"
3. Insert USB stick and reboot PC
A. Boot to BIOS
B. Verify your PC is picking up the Hard Drive
C. Change the Boot order to boot off the USB
...
Then Wait.
