Installing seagate barracuda 7200 12

Hello,
ive recently built a new pc with an ssd as my booting hardrive, ive tried adding another which is the seagate barracuda 7200 12, but for some reason it isnt showing on the device manager so i cant create any partitions

the hardrive is shown on my bios but not when i load windows. anyone got some ideas why? motherboard is asus p8p67 pro rev 3.1

control panel/administrative tools/computer management/storage/disk management is where you allocate and assign drive letter!
