Installing second SSD as a non-boot drive

I ordered my SSD which was a Kingston Digital SSDNow 120gb SATA. I understand how to install it into the PC itself, but what about once I get it Windows booted up? I am also not wanting to boot windows off it, but only some of my games off it.

Once installed, see if needing to format it. Then just install the games on it.
