Installing ssd on using asus p8z68v

Hello,
I have installed a Toshiba SSD on my desktop which has an Asus P8Z68-V motherboard. Windows loaded ok but when I install the driver for my GTX550Ti graphics card, windows will only boot to the windows logo and no further. If I uninstall the driver using safe mode, windows will then load.
Any Ideas

Are you using the latest drivers for the SSD and the Grapics card?

list the rest of the units specs.
have you set up the SSD directly or are you trying to SRT feature.?
trying to use Virtu Lucid too.?
BIOS set for AHCI mode.?
which nVidia drivers are you trying to install.?
make sure you list your power supply as well.
