I've recently made the upgrade to ryzen and got a new mobo ram and cpu, my old hard drive is still in my computer with windows 7 installed. I'd like to keep windows 7 and would rather not do a fresh install with the drivers injected, as to keep my data. Without use of any peripherals and no access to a ps2 mouse/keyboard the only way I can think to install the drivers is by hooking my hard drive up to my brothers pc and adding them that way, is this possible? How can I ensure theyre installed right? Any general advice?

Which Ryzen do you have ? 2nd gen is just not going to work with W7. And no, you can't install drivers from another disk just like that, specially if OS is not running.
