I want to reinstall Windows as it is an enterprise version with bitlocker. I know the password etc but a clean version of Windows will be great
So you create a USB to install from, boot from that, wipe all partitions and install.
You will need a valid license for whatever version you're going to install.

Where did this 'enterprise' install come from?

It's an ex work laptop. There was some hardware issues that I have resolved. When I try to boot from usb it asks me to browse from file and thats where I'm stuck. On a standard ssd it's jus change to usb but that doesn't appear on the laptop. I'm no laptop expert.

Then its not actually booting from that USB.

Power the laptop OFF
Power ON, with the USB
What happens? There should be no "opens to all files".
Not sure how to add pics, but enter bios, boot options. Says file options and browse, select that. The a list appears, I select esd-usb and then it asks for <system volume>, <boot>, <efi> etc. (really appreciating your time)
