Installing Windows 10 64bit oem on ASUS Prime B350-Plus

Long time listener first time caller,

Currently building a new rig with an issue that has me stumped
Issue:
When installing a newly purchased Windows 10 to the newly purchased motherboard (ASUS Prime B350-Plus) the initial windows 10 logo appears and then moments later freezes. I've left this on for seven hours verifying that the PC does not power cycle, the issue persists.
Troubleshooting
Attempted to boot from both the CD and a flash drive, updated the BiOS (0513) and attempted to boot again. Verified that everything is seated correctly. Issue persists.

All purchased still in the RMA timeline
ASUS Prime B350-Plus
Corsair RM650X 650W
Ryzen 7 1800X
Kingston A400 480GB SSD
LG Electronics 14x SATA blu-ray
Gigabyte GTX 1080 Ti

found cause, you have no ram... but seriously, normally if Win 10 refuses to even install its hardware of some kind. Might be ram needs more power

I would run free version of memtest on the non existent ram, 1 stick a t a time, and see if its okay. Any errors are too many.

when did you make Win 10 installer? there is a new version of win 10 out that might be more compatible with Ryzen since chipset still new.
