Installing windows 10 need help

How do you install windows 10 at this pc? The case doesnt have a dvd burner place.

You'll either have to buy a dvd or buy the Win 10 install which is on a flash drive

Actually he does not need to do either one. He can just make a USB installer like SR-71 explained.
