Installing Windows 10 on a laptop

So I recently bought a new laptop in China, and Windows is in Chinese. (and yes, it's region locked) I wanted to reinstall Windows, so can someone give me a complete guide on how to do it?

Mostly worried about the drivers, as I have no idea where to access them.

if you have retail version or oem version of windows 10 now. use the free microsoft media creation tool and download the windows 10 iso and then use the windows iso to usb tool if none of your pc have a dvd drive. you need an 8g usb stick as the iso image wont fit on a 4g usb stick. boot from the windows 10 usb stick and install it on the laptop. windows 10 may have the driver needed for your laptop already. if you cant download the driver from the laptop vendor then you have to go under the missing devices and look at there pci_ven id.
