[SOLVED] Installing Windows 10 on a new HD, but for a new account

Okay, so I'm moving countries and I decided to sell my old Desktop all together. I've bought some newer parts for my new build, and I'm bringing along with me just my two SSDs with all my stuff.
So for my current pc, which I intend to sell to someone, I've bought a new HD. Now I need to install Windows 10 on this new HD, and make the desktop ready for a new user.
My question is, how can I install Windows 10 on this new HD, without having a new product key or another account to link the OS? I'm aware that I can clean install my Windows through my current key, but can I do that if someone else is going to use this computer? Would that create any issue with my current Windows account?

Sorry if it got a little confusing.. I'm not even sure this is a real issue I should worry about, because I haven't tried installing it yet. But it crossed my mind and I couldn't manage to find anything related to this question online.

Thanks!

You can install Windows without needing a key, it just disables a few things like personalization and the watermark appears, but everything else works. Then the person who buys it from you can just activate it using their own key or use it without activation. You can just skip the activation part when doing the Windows install.
