And I'd say just create bootable USB media anyway (unless you just burned that DVD mere days ago).
It makes no sense to use any installation media other than the freshest, as you'll be downloading updates you could have avoided by using the latest ISO file as the basis for your media.
By the way, if this really is a bare bones system that's never had an OS installed on it, the Windows 10 you install will not be activated (which doesn't mean it won't work) and very few people want to run long term without a license and activation. So you will need to acquire a license key for the edition of Windows 10 of your choosing and either enter that during the initial install or later by going to Settings, Update & Security, Activation Pane.
