I am looking for someone assistance with putting Windows 10 Home 64bit onto a fresh motherboard and M.2 SSD.

Motherboard: MSI Z270-A Pro
M.2 SSD: 250GB Samsung 960 EVO M.2 PCIe Gen 3.0 x4 NVMe

I saw that you needed to alter information in the BIOS, but I am not sure what needs changing.
Windows 10 is going to be on a USB flash drive not a CD.

Find the boot options in the BIOS and change it so that the USB drive with Windows 10 on it is the first priority.

Restart the computer and the computer should boot from the USB drive. Installation from there should be self-explanatory.
