[SOLVED] installing Windows 10 Pro on new pc

Hello,

What do I have to do in order to install Windows 10 Pro on my new pc build?

I have a retail version of Windows 10 Pro installed on one pc. I built a new pc and want to install Windows 10 Pro on it. I followed the steps listed at MS web site to install Windows 10 on a new PC using USB drive and noticed that it installed Windows 10 Home edition on the new pc, not Windows 10 Pro. I don't remember being asked if I wanted to install Windows 10 Pro. I have the product key but do not know if that will force the Windows 10 Home Edition to convert to Windows 10 Pro.

With legit key windows 10 Home gets upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.
Opposite conversion (Pro -> Home) would require reinstall.
