Installing Windows 10 "Reboot & Select proper Boot Device"

Hey guys, I just built my first PC and after installing everything, I turned it on and loaded the UEFI BIOS (ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 K4)... I burned a legit copy of Windows 10 Education onto both a USB and DVD Drive with the .iso and tried to boot, but it didn't work. An error message came up saying "Reboot and Select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device..." I don't know what to do... help!

Did you just copy the ISO to a DVD or did you actually burn the image to the DVD?

First I copied the iso to the DVD drive, then tried to burn it to the DVD. CMD opens up whenever I try to use iso viewer to burn it, then closes very quickly saying something about libiomp5md.dll?

No idea. I use a program called imgburn.
