Hi, I've just built a fresh build and I can't use my gpu without drivers I think, I have Asus prime 299-a gtx 1030 and no windows installed dunno what to do.
Does my mono already have the drivers?
Can I install Windows 10 without a display and surely Windows 10 will have the drivers?

Solution

Install the graphics card. The basic Windows VGA drivers should be sufficient to give you a display while you install Windows. Once the Windows install is complete, you can then go to install the GeForce drivers for your card.

There should be no problem using a graphic card without drivers... unless you haven't plugged it properly. since you don't have any video output options onboard graphic card is the only option but one thing is not clear GTX 1030? never hear about something like that.... anyway either it should be GT 1030 or GTX 1050-1080 so what is it exactly?

Any GTX exept most of 1050/1050tis there should be a external power source to power up the card. So i want to know the exact model.
