hey , can i install windows 10 on a new setup without the key ? ( il buy one after the installation ) cause i always been a windows 8.1 user and u don't have the option to install windows without a key back then,also if i download windows from their website with the creation tool does it have the latest updates ?

yes you can install it and run it unactivate
the iso, I think is the latest update.

If the setup is for a new computer or even just the motherboard and processor, you would not be able to automatically get the free Windows 10 activation if you already had and activated Win 8.1 version. An activated cd key of Windows 7 or 8 or 8.1 would be saved in the bios, which is how Microsoft knows to automatically activate a Windows 10 installation.
