I'm getting a new motherboard and CPU next week. So I want to do a clean installation of Windows 7 so there's no driver issues, but I won't have much time next week so I was wondering if I could; make a new Partition on my HDD -> Install Windows 7 on new partition -> Change Mobo/CPU -> Load new windows 7 -> delete my current Windows 7

Doing it that way save no time. It actually takes more time, because you have to do it twice.
Wait until after the new hardware is in. Then...

Installing Windows now is simply duplication of work. When you install the new motherboard and CPU, you'd have to do it all over again.
Not see what time you're going to save by doing that.

I'm slow at building a PC - Having to take most of it out and then put it back into the case, I'll probably have to go to bed after and then have to spend 2 hours next day installing Windows 7. I would just like to know if it's possible the way I described it so I can save some time since I'm free all day tomorrow :p

Edit: I'll be busy with school since it's starting up again on monday.
