Installing windows 7 on sata drive?

hi how do i install windows7 on a blank new SATA drive?....I do not have a second computer to go to.

What do you mean? Is it because you have things you want to save for new drive?

The OP probably doesn't have a Windows 7 CD, I am guessing.

OP, if you do have one then unplug all the current drives, connect the new one to the PSU and the motherboard with the same cables, and put in the Windows 7 CD, then turn the computer on.

When the computer comes on, hit the BIOS key and make sure Boot Order says the CD drive first.
