installing windows 7 on second hard drive

so im trying to install windows 7 on my second hard drive but my main hard drive is running windows 8. im not sure how to install it or get it on there so I can install it, my bios shows the in hard drive windows loader then the main hard drive but optical doesn't show any thing. there is a partition I made and im stuck there.

The OS has to be installed on the boot drive. If you want to install Win7 on the 2nd drive, you'll have to make it the boot drive (1st drive) in BIOS.
