Trying to install W7 and I get this error message. I've tried a couple of different drives, aswell as ISO's. Why doesn't my machine accept W7?

Specs:

CPU:Intel Core i5 6400 @ 2.7Ghz Cooled By Corsair H60 Watercooler
RAM:16GB DDR4 2133Mhz Crucial
MAINBOARD:MSI B150M Gaming M3 SOCKET 1151
GPU:NVidia Geforce GTX 980Ti 6GB GDDR5 Classified by EVGA
SSD:480GB Corsair Force SSD
PSU:850W EVGA Supernova G2 80+ Gold
CASE:Fractal Design Define S Blackout

Solution
Socket 1151 motherboards have usb ports that require drivers to operate.
Windows 7 does not have those drivers.
The drivers are on the cd that came with your motherboard.
Catch 22.

There is a more complicated method to slipstream the requisite drivers into the windows load.

Best solution is to buy a sata based dvd drive and use that temporarily t for the install.

It's a USB Drive. It's bootable. When I'm inside the installer I get this error message as stated: A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing"
