Guys I am building a new PC with Asus Z97 Pro Wifi-AC motherboard and just want to know after completing the build, should I directly insert Windows 8.1 Disc in Bios Mode Or I have to make some changes in Bios mode?
Also I am getting Windows 8.1 from Ebay as it is little cheaper, I talked to seller and he said he has purchased online genuine windows key and I should enter it and verify using Internet connection!
So we need internet connection while verifying Windows key?
Is that original windows?

You put the disc in once it is on, and then go into the BIOS and boot from the DVD drive containing the disc. That should start up the window installation.
After you have installed it that, you will boot up into Window 8.1 and you will be asked to activate your window licence online to verify your license.
I would be wary from an Ebay seller buying an OS. I would rather stick to a legitimate retailer for the OS

People 'say' all sorts of things. Once he has your money, good luck getting it back.
Ask him how he can sell it cheaper than what you can buy it in the store. Where did he get the original license from?

A Windows OS must include, as per MS licensing rules:
The license key, the install media, and a COA (Certificate of Authenticity). Are you getting all of that? No.

Do not buy an OS from ebay.

use linux then--its free

you have the money for Asus Z97 Pro Wifi-AC and other decent components but try to save $33 by buying something that may not be genuine? and could lead to all sorts of problems?

@USAFRet Bro I asked him same question and he replied he purchased in bulk and hence selling little cheaper!
He is giving one disk(64bit/32bit) whichever compatible and also the License key! I didn't asked him about COA

Yeah, right.
The COA must accompany this.
