Installing Windows 8.1

If I have a Windows 8.1, should I reformat may drive that has already a Windows 8 OS?

You should wait until next week, and install it as part of the official upgrade process.
If you install 8.1 today, you can convert to the release version, but you'll have to reinstall all of your applications.
