Installing windows & no working keyboard or mouse

Ok- this looks like a common problem for new installations. This was a new computer custom built. BIOS everything works fine. But when I start my E
Windows 7 pro install, the USB3 ports don't respond to keyboard or mouse (USB 3 or 2).

After a lot of messing around with BIOS, trying SAFE MODE, ect... Getting no where, I happen to notice one single legacy keyboard/mouse input on my new computer. I try to load windows - IT WORKS!!!!!!

I wasted hours on this but looks like you need some legacy input if your system only has USB3!
